We are looking for people who can share their passion for windsurfing with our young guests and inspire, motivate and reassure. If you are a qualified RYA windsurfing instructor, you can lead our popular watersports sessions, teaching our guests the basics of windsurfing. If you are a keen and competent windsurfer, but don’t hold any formal qualifications, we operate RYA courses and assessments for many successful applicants. These include qualifications for RYA Windsurf Assistant Instructor, Level 1 Instructor or Level 2 Instructor courses.
