About the position

Michael Page International is one of the few recruitment consultancies to offer a structured, formalised graduate training scheme. We will train you up over a five month period to become one of the most successful recruitment consultants in the industry.

The role of a recruitment consultant is to act as an intermediary, identifying and sourcing suitably qualified candidates on behalf of clients. At Michael Page International our consultants:

identify and develop client relationships
source suitable candidates and brief them on opportunities offered by our clients
manage the process through interview to offer stage and beyond
